Marriage and Relationship Counseling
Being in a committed relationship can be very challenging, particularly when life’s stressors pull each member of the couple or family in different directions. At times, seeking the assistance of a trained therapist is the wisest and most compassionate thing to do for your relationship.
In a safe and genuine environment, our families and couples are able to feel heard, have the opportunity to create a new vision for their lives together, and rebuild the trust and connection they may have lost. We help restore the strength and connection they once had, and assist them with creating a conscious partnership focused on valuing one other’s experiences. We assist in deepening the emotional connection, restoring intimacy, and showing couples how to become responsive to their partner’s needs and wants.
We are able to help couples and families from all ethnic, economic, and religious backgrounds. We assist in the the treatment of emotional difficulties and personal crises within a systems perspective. The goal is to connect and strengthen family resources and assist couples and family members to work collaboratively towards solutions to their problems. Treatment is provided by a licensed psychologist and/or pre-licensed psychologist working under supervision.
