“I truly believe we have the power to make significant changes in our lives. One of those ways is through psychotherapy, which is both a science and an art. The science includes all the empirically backed techniques. While the art includes the emotional sensitivity, empathy, and compassion that makes us human. Through the combination of scientific techniques and humanity, we can explore and discover how to establish meaning in our lives.”
