“Effective therapy is both scientifically grounded and deeply human. As a provider, I work toward balancing compassion with practical strategies that can be applied outside of the therapeutic space. This balance supports change that is realistic, sustainable, and rooted in everyday life, because meaningful change rarely happens all at once—it develops through small, intentional steps over time.”
