About

Dr. Lilit Abraamyan-Chaidez is a licensed psychologist dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their well-being and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. She views therapy as a collaborative journey, one that begins with the commitment to your own growth and readiness for change.

Dr. Abraamyan-Chaidez integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. She tailors her work to each individual, drawing upon cultural background, family dynamics, and personal experiences to create a meaningful and supportive therapeutic relationship, something she believes is at the heart of effective treatment.

She specializes in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management concerns, and relationship or family difficulties. Through mindfulness and self-reflective guidance, Dr. Abraamyan-Chaidez helps to uncover personal patterns and underlying beliefs that may be keeping them stuck and build healthier ways of understanding and responding to life’s challenges.

Believing that stress and hardship are inevitable parts of life, Dr. Abraamyan-Chaidez is passionate about helping individuals develop practical coping skills and emotional resilience to face those moments with greater strength and self-awareness.
