“As a dedicated therapist, I believe that our relationships—and the experiences that shape them, especially in early life—profoundly influence who we become. I view my clients as the experts of their own lives, and I strive to collaborate with them as we explore how past relationships and experiences may be influencing their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors today. My goal is to support each person in gaining clarity, strengthening resilience, and moving toward a more empowered way of living. Additionally, I hold deep respect for the ways the body and mind interact, especially in trauma and chronic health conditions. I work to support both, while honoring and validating each client’s lived experience.”
